Metal Roofing
Metal roofs combine modern style and aesthetics with outstanding longevity. They’re light-weight, energy-efficient, fire-resistant, and are great for shedding snow and rain. Hoag Roofing custom-fabricates your panels on site for precision measurements, faster installation, and cost savings.

Mod-Bit
Modified Bitumen (Mod-Bit) roofs are known for their extreme durability, especially when it comes to resisting tears, punctures, and hail. Mod-Bit roofs are economical to install but require regular maintenance. Properly installed and maintained Modified Bitumen roofs may last up to 20 years or more.
Built-Up Roofing (BUR)
Built-Up Roofing (BUR) systems consist of multiple layers of roofing felts and roofing asphalt (bitumen) or coal tar pitch, covered with gravel or mineral coating. It has excellent weather and fire resistance, but BUR can be heavy, so it may pose a challenge for some structures. Due to the likelihood of debris accumulation, BUR roofs need to be maintained regularly. Properly installed and well-maintained BUR roofs can last up to 30 years.
Green (Living) Roofs
Green/living roofs transform commercial buildings into environmental assets, delivering substantial ROI through reduced energy costs, extended roof lifespan (effectively "blanketing" the membrane, adding protection from UV light and the elements), and improved stormwater management. Single-Ply Membrane (PVC/TPO/EPDM)
Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) roof systems are durable, flexible, and chemical resistant. PVC is highly reflective, making the membrane an energy-efficient option for warmer climates. PVC roofing has the longest track record of all thermoplastic roof membranes.
Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roof systems are popular in the low-slope roofing market as they are naturally flexible and do not contain plasticizers or chlorine, making them an excellent choice for environmentally-conscious businesses and facilities.
Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) roofs are known for their durability and ability to perform in various climates. The membranes have a high resistance to the elements, including wind, hail, UV radiation, and extreme temperatures.
