    • Construction or general labor experience preferred

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist crew members with roofing, gutter, and job site tasks

    • Load, unload, and move materials and equipment

    • Help maintain clean, organized job sites

    • Support installation and repair work as directed

    • Learn tools, systems, and techniques used in the trade

    • Follow all OSHA and company safety standards

    Compensation & Benefits: 

    • $18-$24/hour (based on experience)

    • Full Time

  • Composition Shingles and Metal

    Hoag Roofing is looking to hire qualified roofers with experience in shingles and metal to work on a variety of residential roofing projects while building real, transferable skills in a growing trade.

    Qualifications: 

    • Minimum 3 years of experience (shingles & metal preferred) 

    • Valid driver’s license (preferred) 

    • Personal hand tools required

    • Strong work ethic and commitment to safety

    • Ability to work in varying weather conditions year-round, work at heights, lift 70+ lbs, and climb ladders

    Responsibilities:

    • Install and repair roofing systems (shingles, metal, etc.)

    • Work as part of a crew to complete jobs efficiently and safely

    • Maintain job site cleanliness and organization

    • Adhere to all OSHA and safety standards

    • $22-$28/hour (based on experience)

  •  Membrane, BUR, Metal, Coatings 

    Hoag Roofing is looking to hire qualified roofers with experience in TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal, BUR, and coatings. Join Hoag Roofing and work on a variety of commercial projects while building advanced, high-value skills in a specialized area of the trade.

     Qualifications: 

    • Minimum 3 years of roofing experience (TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, metal, and coatings preferred)

    • Valid driver’s license (preferred)

    • Personal hand tools required

    • Strong work ethic and commitment to safety

    • Ability to work in varying weather conditions year-round, work at heights, lift 70+ lbs, and climb ladders

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, metal, coatings)

    • Apply waterproofing systems, sealants, and coatings

    • Identify and repair leaks, damage, and system failures

    • Work collaboratively with crew members to complete jobs efficiently and safely

    • Maintain clean, organized job sites

    • Follow all OSHA and company safety standards

    Compensation & Benefits: 

    • $22–$28/hour (based on experience)

  • Hoag Roofing is looking to hire experience gutter installers. We exclusively install 5” and 6” K-style gutters. More than just installation, join Hoag Roofing and build specialized, hands-on skills in fabrication, precision fitting, and complete water management systems.

     

    Qualifications: 

    • Minimum 2 years of gutter installation experience

    • Valid driver’s license required

    • Personal hand tools required

    • Ability to hand-cut miters and install downspouts

    • Experience operating and maintaining New Tech Machinery gutter machine 

    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

    • Ability to work in varying weather conditions year-round, work at heights, lift 70+ lbs, and climb ladders

    Requirements:

    • Fabricate, assemble, and install 5” and 6” K-style gutter systems

    • Measure, cut, and fit gutters and components for precise installation

    • Install downspouts and ensure proper water flow and drainage

    • Operate and maintain gutter machines and equipment

    • Identify and resolve installation issues to ensure long-term performance

    • Work collaboratively with crew members to complete jobs efficiently and safely

    • Maintain clean, organized job sites

    • Follow all OSHA and company safety standards

     

    Compensation & Benefits: 

    • $20-$25/hour (based on experience)

    • Full Time
