David Cook
Owner & President
Dave grew up learning the ropes by helping Uncle Bill, founder of Hoag Roofing, with everything from sweeping up the warehouse to installing roofs.
His knowledge and passion for all things roofing—and the opportunity to continue the Hoag family tradition—led to him taking over when uncle Bill retired.
As the current steward of Hoag Roofing, Dave leads the company with a vision that honors Hoag’s background and heritage while embracing new technologies and industries, including cutting-edge services like custom on-site metal fabrication and advanced coating systems.
Kevin Jackson
General Manager | Commercial Estimator
Kevin joined Hoag Roofing in 1998 as an installer and worked his way into leadership, giving him a rare, hands-on understanding of both field execution and project planning.
In his dual role overseeing operations and commercial estimating, Kevin bridges technical requirements with real-world logistics—helping ensure projects are accurately scoped, properly specified, and smoothly executed.
He brings deep experience with complex commercial systems, architect specifications, and property management requirements, making him a trusted partner for owners, GCs, and facility managers alike.
RJ Pearce

RJ takes an educational, no-pressure approach with homeowners—helping them understand not just what their roof needs, but when it makes sense to take action.

You will not find a better, more thorough, clean and professional roofing company! They know their business and stick to their quote, with very moderate charges when they found some rot and replaced it rather than just roofing over it. Other companies' quotes were piecemeal with gutters as a separate job from a subcontractor, but Hoag does it all from start to finish.
They were reasonably priced, prompt, clean, respectful of our property and very careful with our pets.

Andy and his crew worked 8 days creating a beautiful metal roof for our log cabin. Promptly arriving each morning they removed the previous roofing material, replacing damaged/rotten plywood and fascia, and then fabricated and installed the metal roofing. They finished each afternoon with cleaning the worksite.
