Roof Coatings are an Outstanding Alternative when a Full Roof Replacement is Not Required.
Hoag Roofing offers several roof coating systems. Our CentiSeal product is a sustainable, lightweight, application that is both self-flashing and provides a continuous membrane that seals seams and eliminates leaks. This product is environmentally friendly, as it contains no VOCs.
The application is also highly reflective, durable and has excellent weathering capabilities. Hoag Roofing’s acrylic coating system is an advanced liquid-applied system that restores metal roofs and can eliminate minor metal roof problems.

Acrylic coatings are made from a high quality, aqueous acrylic polymer that cures to form a durable, continuous elastomeric membrane over the surface of your metal roof. Once applied, it forms a seamless, watertight seal over the entire roof, including vents, flashings and protrusions.

Several other coatings applied by Hoag Roofing include aluminum coatings for bitumen based roofs and certain metal roof applications, reapply saturant for bitumen-based roofs and copolymer coatings for single ply and metal roofs.
Roof coatings are an outstanding alternative when a full roof replacement is not required. Coatings can extend the life of a roof and provide a highly reflective surface that may lower roof surface temperatures and ultimately reduce energy costs.
Additionally, coatings provide a monolithic application that can form to irregular roof surfaces, as well as seal cracks and splits in the roof surface.
